"Economic Equality"   gouache & collage   37x24   $700

o   The United States has the largest gap between rich and poor than any industrialized nation. 

o   Bill Gates' wealth is equal to that of 120,000,000 U.S. citizens.

o   At no time in the U.S. has there been economic democracy.

o   The Holy Grail in the U.S. is not freedom or religion - it is money.

o   I have done so many paintings about this issue that a different presentation of it was inevitable – one without pictures.

o   The painting is on 2 pieces of illustration board.  It would be easy to claim that that had something to do with the economic split, but it was cropped from a two-panel painting.

o   Should I have priced the painting at $699.99 instead of $700 in keeping with the silliness of standard Capitalistic practices?
